How to Securely Log In to Your cb88 Account

Logging in to your cb88 account is designed to take just seconds without compromising security. Simply have your registered phone number or email and account password ready — and you'll have instant access to all cb88 services.

If this is your first time accessing your account from a new device, cb88's system may request additional verification via an OTP code sent to your registered phone number. This is not an obstacle — it is an extra layer of protection to ensure no one else can access your account without your knowledge.

Available Login Methods at cb88

Cb88 provides several login options to suit your preferences and situation:

  • Login with phone number and password — the most common and straightforward method. Best used on a trusted personal device.
  • Login with email and password — an alternative if you prefer using your email as your account identity.
  • Login via OTP code — a convenient option when you forget your password or want to sign in quickly without typing a long password.
  • Login via QR Code — available on the CB88 mobile app; simply scan the code on screen to log in without typing anything.
  • Biometric login in the app — use fingerprint or Face ID on your smartphone for the fastest and most secure access.

For the fastest and most convenient login experience, we recommend downloading the official cb88 app available on the Download. Biometric login on the app takes just one touch — no password needed.

Forgot Your Password? Here's How to Recover It

It's perfectly normal to forget your password occasionally — especially if you have accounts across multiple platforms. cb88 provides a fast and secure password recovery process via your registered phone number.

Click the "Forgot password?" link on the login page, enter your registered phone number or email, and the system will send an OTP code to verify your identity. Once verified, you can set a new password directly on the page that appears.

Cb88 will never ask for your password or OTP code via chat or phone. If anyone claims to be from the cb88 team and requests that information, it is a scam. Ignore it immediately and contact our official support via live chat on the platform.

Keeping Your cb88 Account Secure

Account security is not just the platform's responsibility — you play an important role too. These simple habits can go a long way in keeping your cb88 account safe:

  • Use a strong and unique password — combine uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Never reuse a password from another account.
  • Enable OTP verification — this extra security layer ensures only you can log in, even if your password is compromised.
  • Do not log in from public WiFi networks — use a personal data connection or a trusted VPN if you must connect via public WiFi.
  • Log out of your account when done — especially important if you are using a device shared with others.
  • Check account activity regularly — if you notice any unrecognized transactions or activity, contact the CB88 support team immediately.

Your cb88 account is protected by a multi-layered security system — but keeping your login credentials confidential is your first and most effective line of defense. Keep your password and OTP code private, and your account will always be safe.

Cb88 App vs Browser Login — Which Is Better?

Both work well and use the same security standards. However, there are a few practical differences that may influence your choice:

  • The cb88 app offers biometric login that is faster and more secure than typing your password every time.
  • Push notifications from the app ensure you never miss limited promotions, match results, or important updates from your account.
  • The app tends to perform more responsively on mobile devices and makes better use of touchscreens compared to a mobile browser.
  • Browser is more flexible for use on desktop or laptop.

If you mostly play on mobile, downloading the cb88 app is highly recommended. If you prefer playing on a computer, the browser works just as well and delivers the same full experience.
